Our Recruitment Center is a major
in-house asset with 100 communicator stations. In addition to
inbound/outbound call center telephone competency we utilize
interactive voice response servers, fax broadcast, e-mail resources
and web site registrations.
Client stakeholders can access
program information via local VPN links or unique pass-word
protected websites. Contacts with speakers, registrants or client
field force are handled carefully by multiple levels of management
knowledge to assure appropriate, accurate answers and rapid
registrations.
From the first invitation to the
final attendee experience, our Apex inbound/outbound call center
