Our Recruitment Center is a major in-house asset with 100 communicator stations.  In addition to inbound/outbound call center telephone competency we utilize interactive voice response servers, fax broadcast, e-mail resources and web site registrations.

Client stakeholders can access program information via local VPN links or unique pass-word protected websites.  Contacts with speakers, registrants or client field force are handled carefully by multiple levels of management knowledge to assure appropriate, accurate answers and rapid registrations.
